My first sim was Jet Fighter 2, which I played non stop on a keyboard even though I couldn't understand a thing I was reading on screen since I still didn't know english back then.
I then moved on to MSFS 4 and stayed with civvie Microsoft sims till FS98. When it came out my dad asked me if I wanted CFS and I told him that it was probably a pos but that I appreciated the offer and thanks.
He got it for me anyways and I played that "pos" for about 7 years with the 78th before the big move towards IL2 in 2002 I believe. There in IL2 we kept 78th going for a while but since there was another 78th coming from EAW and we weren't that many in those days, we decided to join -=FA=- as a bunch.
-=FA=- was fun and great while it lasted, which I think was a bit over a year. Joined =AFJ= as a bunch again in 2003 along with Mantis, jd, Bomber, Locust, Striker (Ludacris or w/e his name is now) and haven't looked back since! |
